This Division provides services in the electronics and communication engineering including system design, supply and maintenance for customers throughout Kuwait. The Division specializes in various secure communications systems and technologies as well as satellite based communication system and networks. The Division has recently been appointed as a Franchise holder for the Distribution of AMOI GSM Telephone equipment and other products for the entire Middle East and African countries. The Division is involved in installation of Fiber Optics systems and undertaking major maintenance of telephone networks and other communication related projects.

Fouad Alghanim & Sons Automotive Company
The Automotive Division is the official importer of Volkswagen passenger cars, Volkswagen light commercial vehicles, Volkswagen heavy trucks, Skoda Auto, Audi and Automobili Lamborghini. The division offers new and used car sales, after sales service, express service, spare parts, body and paint repair and a portfolio of automotive related services including asset management, fleet management and financing and leasing services.

This Division participates in the development and ownership of various hotel properties and tourism activities in Kuwait, it owns the Kuwait Continental Hotel, a Four-Star-Hotel & has interests in Inter Continental Hotels Company in Cairo.

Investment Division

Fouad Alghanim & Sons General Trading & Contracting Company
This Division is the Custodian of the Group’s various national and international investments and properties, targeting investments in developing and industrialized countries. Ongoing investment location includes the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Kuwait, UAE, Jordan and Egypt.

Oil Division

This Division of Alghanim International is a service provider to the oil industry in Kuwait, which includes representing major international companies and forming Joint Ventures to bid on major projects in the Oil Sector. Several major projects have been executed by this Division which includes supply, installation and commissioning of Gas/Oil Pipe lines, Catalyst supplies for the Refineries and recycling of spent Catalyst.

Energy International
Energy International is a specialized entity involved in the Oil Sector trades and participates in Core Sectors of Oil Industry such as Oil Exploration & downstream activities in association with their international partners.

Shipping Division

Alghanim Group of Shipping & Transport Company
This Division operates as a general cargo shipping office in Kuwait and provides representation for major international shipping lines, customs clearance, packing, local haulage and ship chandelier services. Door-to-Door transportation of Cargo is another specialty of this Company.

Aviation and Airlines Division

Kuwait International Aircraft Leasing (Sales & Possession) Company
This Division engages in aircraft leasing, sales and management of aviation assets, consulting and contracting and regional marketing agency arrangements. This division owns Executive Business Jets for VIP and VVIP transportation.

Trading & Other Division

Gulf Industrial Technology Company
Gulf Industrial Technology Co. was the first offset company established in Kuwait under the Kuwait Offset program of Ministry of Finance set up as a closed shareholding company with Hughes International of the U.S.A (now Raytheon International). The Company is specialized in providing integrated logistic support in Kuwait and GCC in the following fields :

Provides specialized medical cares to patients in world class German Hospitals, undertakes referrals treatment, post operative and all associated assistance for their stay in Germany. HIS has arrangements with eminent professors and Medical Professionals to cater to every need of patients referred for treatment.

Babylon Enterprises Limited, Republic of Iraq
This is an International venture of the Group established in Iraq for major project works in Iraq’s infrastructure development including major electro and civil constructions. This Division has contributed immensely to the reconstruction efforts in Iraq in the Power Sector.
Compri Tube Clean, Australia, Tube Clean GmbH, Switzerland
Compri Tube Clean Australia is a manufacturer of specialized cleaning systems in the Oil and Refineries Industry for cleaning of Tubes and Pipes. It utilizes a revolutionary method maximizing productivity and profitability and minimizing plant downtime. Tube Clean GmbH is the European arm for this product.
Avia Consult GmbH, West Germany
An European entity of the Group it is involved in Aviation consultancy and Aircraft management operations. The Company owns and operates several aircrafts through its subsidiaries worldwide.
